1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this RFP is to invite qualified vendors to supply and deliver high-quality electronic gadgets, including laptops, printers, and mobile phones, for the New Initiative for Social Development (NISD). The selected vendor will be responsible for providing durable, high-performance technology that meets the organization’s operational needs for Project.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

The selected vendor will be required to:

• Supply high-performance laptops (standard and executive specifications).
• Supply multi-function printers (Print, Scan, Copy) and accessories.
• Supply mobile smartphones for field data collection and communication.
• Deliver all gadgets to the designated office location(s).
• Provide initial setup, configuration, and software installation (where applicable).
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with specified technical brands/models.
• Provide a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty and after-sales technical support.

3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Proposals must include detailed datasheets outlining:

• Laptops: Processor speed (e.g., Core i5/i7), RAM, Storage (SSD), Battery life, and Screen resolution.
• Printers: Print speed (PPM), Connectivity (Wi-Fi/LAN), and Duplex printing capabilities.
• Mobile Phones: Operating System, Camera quality, Battery capacity, and Internal storage.
• Software: Genuine OS (Windows/macOS) and Productivity Suites.
